Reporting Made Easy with Power BI and PowerApps

This project simplifies the reporting process for sales managers by allowing them to input sales data through a mobile app or form-based entry and receive fully interactive reports via Power BI. The solution ensures that sales data is captured efficiently and visualized in real-time, providing valuable insights for decision-making.

I played a key role in gathering and documenting the business requirements for the analytical reports. Through participation in data mapping workshops and requirements discussions, I gained a deep understanding of the business needs and translated them into specific, actionable business rules.

To meet these requirements, I used Power BI Desktop to create custom visualizations tailored to the business’s unique needs. The backend database for the reports was powered by a SharePoint list, ensuring seamless data storage and management. Additionally, I developed a PowerApps-based mobile app that allows sales managers to enter data on the go, making the process highly efficient and user-friendly.
